Rick Santorum, one of the Republican Party’s potential contenders for the White House, said during a nationally broadcast radio show with Hugh Hewitt he couldn’t attend a gay wedding – it would be against his faith.

The two first discussed the over emphasis of the media on the same-sex marriage issue at a time when ISIS was roaring through the Middle East – even landing at America’s door, with a training camp in Texas, as WND previously reported.

And then Hewitt asked him outright: Would you go to a same-sex marriage ceremony if a loved one did?

“I would not,” Santorum said, Mediaite reported. “As a person of my faith, that would be something that would be a violation of my faith. I would love them and support them … but I would not participate in that ceremony.”
