3 new key appointments at WND

WASHINGTON – WND has named three people to key positions – one in the books division and two in the news department.

All three announcements were made by WND founder and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah who said: “WND and WND Books have both been strategically strengthened by these hires. What all three new staffers have in common is that they are well-known to us – professionals we have closely worked with in the past under different circumstances. They are not only new colleagues but friends. And they all are accomplished, top-notch professionals in their areas.”

Thomas Freiling, the founder or co-founder of Internet startups with combined revenue of $100 million, including Xulon Press, which was one of the Internet’s first digital publishing platforms, has been named vice president of WND Books, reporting directly to WND Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah.

Freiling also co-founded one of the country’s largest SuperPacs in 2012, raising more than $1 million online. He has appeared on CSPAN, Fox News Radio, CNBC, and a host of other television and radio programs and has authored books on Abraham Lincoln, George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan.
